Bulk Billing for Under 14's

We’re welcoming patients 14 years old and under who attend an appointment with Dr Lynn Thet Hein with bulk billed in-person consultations on Friday afternoons between 1pm and 5pm. Eligible appointments will be covered by Medicare with no out-of-pocket fee. This promotion is only available until April 30th 2026.

Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

All patients of 14 years and below who book and attend an eligible consultation at Next Practice East Perth with Dr Lynn Thet Hein during 28th March 2026 - 30th April 2026 will have their consultation bulk billed through Medicare, meaning there will be no out-of-pocket cost.

2. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Next Practice East Perth, ABN 97 160 163 904, located at 99 Adelaide Terrace, East Perth, WA 6004 ("the Promoter").

3. Promotion Period

The promotion will run from 8:00am (AWST) Friday, 28th March 2026 to 5:00pm (AWST) Thursday 30th April 2026 ("Promotion Period").

4. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this promotion:

  • The patient must be either a new patient or current patient of Next Practice East Perth and be 14 years old or below.
  • The patient must:
    • Hold a valid Medicare card;
    • Both book and attend an in person general practitioner (GP) consultation with Dr Lynn Thet Hein during the Promotion Period at Next Practice East Perth; and
    • Consent to have the consultation bulk billed through Medicare.

This promotion does not apply to:

  • Appointments for other Next Practice East Perth pracitioners;
  • Patients over the age of 14 years old;
  • Those without a valid Medicare card;
  • Appointments for non-Medicare rebatable services (e.g. cosmetic procedures, allied health, or specialist consultations); or
  • Appointments that are cancelled or not attended.

5. Promotion Value

The standard consultation fees which will be bulk billed under this promotion are as follows:

  • Long GP Consult (up o 30 minutes): $160

6. Non-Transferability

  • The promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other benefit.
  • It is valid only for the individual who books and attends the eligible consultation.
  • Limit of one promotion per eligible patient.

7. Other Conditions

  • The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or amend the promotion at any time, without prior notice, due to unforeseen circumstances or to comply with regulatory obligations.
  • Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

8. Privacy

  • Patient information collected for the purposes of this promotion will be managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the clinic’s Privacy Policy, available at eastperth.nextpracticehealth.com
