Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

All new patients who book and attend an eligible in person consultation at Next Practice East Perth during the months of December 2025 and January 2026 will have their consultation bulk billed through Medicare, meaning there will be no out-of-pocket cost for the patient attending a standard 15 minute consult with Dr Dylan Vaz. Only one concern can be discussed within the 15 minute consultation.

2. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Next Practice East Perth, ABN 97 160 163 904, located at 99 Adelaide Terrace, East Perth, WA 6004 ("the Promoter").

3. Promotion Period

The promotion will run from 8:00am (AWST) Monday, 1 December 2025 to 5:00pm (AWST) Wednesday 31 January 2026 ("Promotion Period").

4. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this promotion:

  • The patient must be a new patient of Next Practice East Perth. A “new patient” is defined as an individual who has not previously received any health care treatment, service or consultation (in-person or telehealth) at Next Practice East Perth.
  • The patient must:
    • Hold a valid Medicare card;
    • Both book and attend an in person general practitioner (GP) consultation with Dr Dylan Vaz during the Promotion Period at Next Practice East Perth; and
    • Consent to have the consultation bulk billed through Medicare.

This promotion does not apply to:

  • Existing patients of Next Practice East Perth;
  • Appointments for other Next Practice East Perth pracitioners;
  • Telehealth consultations;
  • Those without a valid Medicare card;
  • Appointments for non-Medicare rebatable services (e.g. cosmetic procedures, allied health, or specialist consultations); or
  • Appointments that are cancelled or not attended.

5. Promotion Value

The standard consultation fees which will be bulk billed under this promotion are as follows:

  • Standard (up to 15 minutes): $100

6. Non-Transferability

  • The promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other benefit.
  • It is valid only for the individual who books and attends the eligible consultation.
  • Limit of one promotion per eligible patient.

7. Other Conditions

  • The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or amend the promotion at any time, without prior notice, due to unforeseen circumstances or to comply with regulatory obligations.
  • Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

8. Privacy

Weight Management Summer Offer

We’re welcoming all patients who attend an appointment with Dr Dylan Vaz with bulk billed in-person Weight Management consultations between December and January, meaning eligible appointments will be covered by Medicare with no out-of-pocket fee.

Patients will receive a comprehensive weight management assessment, a personalised diet and lifestyle plan, and referrals to allied health professionals(exercise physiologists, dietitian's, psychologists) as needed. Appointments are available only on Thursdays and Fridays.
